Of course, you get the legal cooling-off period of 14 days on all your purchases.
The cooling-off period (or: withdrawal period) expires 14 days after the day on which you (or someone you have designated as recipient) physically receive the product. This is the moment that the recipient receives the package and not the carrier. To use your right of withdrawal, you must inform us in writing (i.e. by post or e-mail) that you want to return / cancel your purchase. Please complete the return form carefully and send it to us. Do you want to return your order? Then you just have to ensure that we receive your request within the specified cooling-off period. Then you have met your obligations and we will refund your money, no questions asked.
If you cancel the agreement, you will receive all payments that you have made up to that point. These are the costs including delivery costs, unless you have chosen a delivery method that is more expensive than our standard delivery method (for example Klarna or Rembours). We will refund the amount to you as soon as possible, within 14 days at most after we have heard that you want to cancel / return your order.
Please note: if you return only a part of your order, the delivery costs will not be refunded.
You will get the amount back with the same payment method that you used, to pay, unless you have explicitly agreed to a different form of reimbursement. We do not charge any costs for such reimbursements.
We may wait with a refund until we have received the products back, or when you have demonstrated that you have sent back the products. This depends on which situation occurs earlier.
When we have received your cancellation notice, you have to return or deliver the products to us within a maximum of 14 days. You are therefore on time if you return the products before the period of 14 days has expired.
The return costs of returning the products are for your account. We charge € 39.99 for the collection of your return bicycle. You can also choose to return the bike yourself.

You are only liable for the depreciation of the products that results from the use of the products, if you have used the product more (intensively) than is necessary to be able to test it properly. We understand that you first want to take a good look at your purchase and also want to test it briefly and that is why we offer free test drives at home, so make use of this, thank you!
Have you purchased a separate battery and do you want to return it? That is possible: if you return it within 14 days after receiving and the battery meets the following conditions:
• You have saved the original box / cardboard box
• You have saved the inner packaging (the foam)
• Both keys are present
• The battery is unused and undamaged
The return costs of a battery are €9.99 per battery within The Netherlands.
