If you have searched for the shipping costs and you couldn’t find them; that's right! You will receive the delivery as a gift from us. We work together with Focus Koeriers, who deliver our bikes roadworthy to you. Roadworthy means that when the bike has been delivered, you can immediately get on the bike and start cycling!
The bikes are delivered within 3 to 5 business days after your order. We naturally strive to deliver it as quickly as possible.
You can contact us to arrange a delivery day if you want to receive the bike on a specific day. Keep in mind that it is after the 5 working days that we use, otherwise we cannot guarantee that it will be delivered on that exact day. Also there might be a small surtax in such situation.
We do charge delivery costs for de Waddeneilanden and Zeeuws-Vlaanderen. This has to do with the accessibility of these areas. That's why we also can’t say with certainty that the bike will be delivered within 3-5 working days. We of course we will do our best. In addition, we will contact you by telephone to discuss any additional costs and delivery times.
When your order has been processed and the delivery day is approaching, the deliverer will contact you via e-mail. You will receive this mail, the night before the day the deliverer comes by, so keep an eye on your mail. This e-mail serves as confirmation and contains a few instructions. Suppose; the courier arrives on Wednesday, then you will receive this mail on Tuesday evening between 19:00 and 21:00.
It is nice to know when you have to be home to receive the bike. That is why you can call the deliverer, on the day of delivery (this is also described in the e-mail you will receive) from 7:30 am, to request a 2-hour delivery time block. If it all doesn't work out, we can always look for another day (note, there may be costs involved).
We can also deliver the bikes to your neighbours if no one is at home. Let us and the neighbours know about this. A signature is required.
After the bike has been delivered, always check immediately for damage and whether the order is complete (charger, bike, battery and keys), report this within 24 hours if something is wrong, then we will remedy it reasonably.
